This display is mounted on a turned wooden disk which could be varnished to match your decor.  The display consists of Catkins, Bluebells and Primroses, you could also include Violets or other spring flowers.  On several occasions I have held weekend workshops which ran from 10am to 4pm both Saturday and Sunday, with a short break for lunch which is included in the price of the workshop. 

On Saturday all flowers, leaves and other cold porcelain items should be made so they have time to dry over night ready for painting on Sunday.  Sunday is the painting and assembly day.  It does not always go to plan though - one of these weekend workshops ran over, well over, on both days, 5.30pm Saturday and 6.30pm on the Sunday.
